The apps aren't being blocked
Open Daily Flame and check that the Screen Time permission is on. If you see "Screen Time permission turned off", tap "Continue". Also check that the apps are selected in Settings > Blocked apps.
How do I unlock an app?
Tap "Pray now" on the block screen and the app opens to the prayer. On iPhones with iOS earlier than 26.5, a notification appears: tap it. Choose how you're feeling, pray the prayer, and hold "Amen". The apps stay unlocked for 15 minutes; with Premium, you choose 15, 30, or 60.
The "Pray now" notification doesn't appear
It's only used on iPhones with iOS earlier than 26.5. Turn on notifications for Daily Flame in Settings > Notifications, or open the app directly and tap "Pray now".
How do I remove the candle from the Lock Screen?
In the app, go to Settings > Candle on the Lock Screen and choose "Never". You can also swipe the card to the side: it disappears until your next prayer.
I need to pause blocking
In Settings, use "Pause anyway". After 30 seconds, the apps stay unlocked for the time you chose. Pausing doesn't count toward your streak.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Daily Flame. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
I switched to a new iPhone
Install the app, sign in with the same Apple ID, and tap "Restore purchases" on the Premium screen. Your prayer streak stays saved only on the old device.
