Daily Flame is the English name of Oração em Dia, the same app. By using it, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. The service
Daily Flame (Oração em Dia in Portuguese) is provided by R. GONCALVES DESENVOLVIMENTO DE APLICATIVOS LTDA, Brazilian company tax ID (CNPJ) 22.792.201/0001-01, Rua Jandaia, 5742, Zona III, Umuarama-PR, CEP 87502-130, Brazil.
Daily Flame blocks the apps you choose and unlocks them for a while after a guided prayer. The app is a tool to support digital well-being and devotional life. It does not replace pastoral, medical, or psychological care.
2. App blocking
You choose the apps and can change, pause, or turn off blocking whenever you want, in the app or in Settings > Screen Time. We are not responsible for messages or notifications you miss while an app is blocked by your choice.
3. Premium subscription
- Blocking as many apps as you want, the prayers, and the rest of the app are free. Premium includes choosing the unlock time (15, 30, or 60 minutes), blocking schedules by day of the week, and the full history.
- Plans: Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly. The price is shown in the app before purchase, in your Apple Account's currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You manage and cancel it in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you subscribe.
- Refunds follow Apple's policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Content
In English, Scripture quotations are adapted from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain. In Portuguese, verses are quoted from the Bíblia Sagrada, Nova Versão Internacional® (NVI®), Copyright © 1993, 2000, 2011 by Biblica, Inc.®, used by permission. The prayers were written for the app.
5. Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, or modify the app or its content beyond personal use.
6. Privacy
What the app collects and who it shares it with, including the measurement of our ads with Meta when statistics are on, is described in the Privacy Policy. You can turn off statistics at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the app.
